Dr.
Sheldon Campbell, B.Sc., D.C
Chiropractor & Director of Campbell Chiropractic Heath Centre
Dr. Campbell graduated from Concordia University 1995 with a bachelor
degree in Exercise Science. He continued his education at the internationally
renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, from where
he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1998.
Dr. Campbell stays
current by a wide variety of seminars and educational series, including:
the latest in chiropractic technique, nutrition, active release therapy,
x-ray and radiography, and the management of soft tissue injuries.
Dr. Campbell
is a member of both the Canadian and Ontario Chiropractic associations
as well as l’Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec.
Since 1998 Dr. Campbell
has been practicing in Kanata. He, his wife Chantel, and his daughter
Kiersten are very proud to call this area home.
Dr. Campbell is
a former hockey player and university varsity football player. He continues
to play hockey recreationally, and stays very active by working out,
running, playing tennis, and keeping up with his daughter's many activities.
Dr. Campbell volunteers
as a coach and an evaluator with the Kanata Girls Hockey Association.
He volunteers his time as the official Chiropractor of the Kanata Stallions
Jr. A hockey club. He is also the head of eastern scouting for the University
of Waterloo Warriors Varsity Hockey Team. But his favorite pastime is
actually spending time with his family.

Osmond Bakker,
Registered Message Therapist
Osmond was born in Owen Sound, Ontario
and graduated from Darcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario. He has practiced
Massage Therapy since 1996. Drawing from a background in competitive
athletics that led him to the world cup stage, Osmond has a unique perspective
in understanding how the body performs and responds to various types
of stress. The combination of Massage Therapy, working in conjunction
with Chiropractor Dr. Campbell, and his intimate knowledge of the human
body has enabled Osmond to help patients fully recover from conditions
such as headaches, frozen shoulder, low back pain, sciatica and many
other soft tissue injuries.
Tammy
McKenna
Registered Massage Therapist
Tammy has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 6 years.
She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage Therapists in North
York, Ontario. After graduating she then moved home to Ottawa to practice,
where she also met her husband Osmond. Now she and Osmond work as a
team within the Campbell Chiropractic Health Centre. Tammy & Osmond
have a daughter, Lauyrn, who graces the
Health Centre with her smiling face.
Trisha
MacKie
Chiropractic Assistant
Trisha was born in Ottawa and raised mostly in the small town of
Osgoode. She attended St. Mark High School and then Algonquin College
briefly, where she dabbled in the arts. She met her husband Dave in 2001
and was married in August 2006. Trisha has recently become a
Chiropractic Assistant and has found her calling. She gets great
enjoyment from listening to patients and witnessing the miracles of
chiropractic daily. She has worked for a couple of other clinics
throughout Ottawa and is very excited about joining the Campbell
Chiropractic team. Trisha herself has been receiving chiropractic care
since 1997 for relief from migraine headaches, neck and hip pain with
great results. She has been able to get back to living and working
without pain and a chance to enjoy pleasures in life such as yoga,
tennis, biking, drawing and painting. Such fantastic results have
motivated her to set her career path as a Chiropractic Assistant.
Trisha enjoys
working with patients and can't wait to greet you with a smile and make
your appointment as enjoyable as possible.
Davina
Rousson
Chiropractic Assistant
Davina was born in Ottawa, but grew up in Nova Scotia, later moving back
here, where she met her husband, Jeff. They have been married for
fourteen years and have four wonderful children and one granddaughter.
Davina completed
her trade in hair styling and cosmetology. She worked for ten years,
then later started a home day care, which she did for six years. She has
experience working with children of all ages, including those with
disabilities.
Davina has had her
own positive experiences with chiropractic care since the age of
fifteen.
She is excited to
help and work with new people and cannot wait to meet you!
